Listed below are a number of common questions that we're often asked. We hope you find the answer to any queries you may have here, but please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any further questions.

How much should I buy in any one order?

We would like you to take a minimal amount from us each time so you can take advantage of the olives at their freshest.

Only buy large amounts if it is for a party or special occassion. You can, of course, choose to buy fine food from us which has a longer shelf life.

A suggestion would be to buy say one pack of feta stuffed oives one pack of lemon garlic and coriander olives and one pack of mixed pitted olives.

If you don't plan on placing an order for a few weeks after you could take specialities like pickled peppers, feta cheese, sun dried tomatoes or kalamata olives which will all last 4 weeks.

How long to the olives take to arrive?

We marinade and stuff your olives to order thus ensuring that they reach you in the freshest possible condition.

We send your olives next day delivery. It is very important that you provide us with a delivery address where there will be someone to receive the olives on the day following your order. This could be your place of work.

If you are going to be out please let us know a "safe place" to leave your olives in the box provided for this purpose.

To ensure delivery for the weekend orders should be placed no later than lunchtime on Wednesday.

Where do you deliver?

We can guarantee delivery to all destinations in the the UK. Scotland usually takes 2 days.

How do the olives stay fresh in transit?

We use a special packaging system that seals in the freshness. If you order a sensitive product like feta cheese we will refrigerate the pack.

Where can I catch you at a Farmers' Market?

We sell our products at a number of Farmers' Markets through the UK. Please see our Contact page for links and information on which markets and the dates.

Other products

We also supply other fine food and gifts such as hand made Chilli Ristras, Kilner Jars with our olives and mediterranean food in and fine extra virgin olive oils. Enquiry should be made by telephone or email.
